How is Covid-19 impacting my shipment?

As of today, our shipments are still being delivered as per normal but we are foreseeing some delay due to the current situation worldwide.

How do I make payment?

We have 3 options for payment, the paypal option, major credit/debit card or bank deposit( Only for malaysian customers)

If using the paypal option, you will be directed to the paypal site when you click the complete order button.You can use paypal account if you have or you can choose to pay with debit/credit card. Please scroll down to click the Pay with debit or credit card button and proceed with your payment.

If using major credit/debit card option, fill up the required information and complete the payment.

If using bank deposit option, please proceed to complete payment and click the whatsapp button at the order confirmation page to get bank details. If payment is not made within 24hours, order will be cancelled.

Why am I checking out with USD and not my local currency?

In order to make your shopping experience better and to provide a representation of what you would pay, we auto calculated the cart in your local currency based on the current exchange rate. At checkout, payment will be processed in USD.

Why have I not received my tracking number?

After an order is placed, you will receive the tracking number after 2-3 days via email.

Why is there no tracking information?

Tracking information will be available after 5 days of the purchase

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Please take note that Covid-19 situation is causing some delays in the shipment.
Our typical delivery time is as below:-
US and Canada: 25-30 days
Australia:13-21 days
Malaysia:18-25 days
Rest of the world: 22-35 Weeks

Why did I not get all the products ordered?
